Vivien Endicott-Douglas wurde am 10. Dezember 1990 in Toronto (Kanada) geboren. Vier Jahre später kam ihre Schwester Hannah zur Welt, die ebenfalls Schauspielerin ist. Ihre erste Filmrolle hatte sie 2002 in dem Fernsehfilm Go Motion. Eine größere Rolle hatte sie 2004 in der Fernsehserie Shoebox Zoo. 2008 spielte sie an der Seite ihrer Schwester in Anne auf Green Gables - Ein neuer Anfang mit, wo sie die Rolle der Violetta Thomas spielte. Danach spielte sie in mehreren Fernsehserien und Kurzfilmen mit. 2012 spielte sie eine der Hauptrollen in The Shape of Rex.
